So glad that Aquaclear dispatched Kenny to repair my pump plumbing. He did fantastic work to fix the failure, set my system up for the winter, and explain it all to me in a very simple and useful way. I wish every home service was as great as my exp with Kenny from Aquaclear.

My pump failed 2-days into re-filling after having my pool re-plastered when keeping the water circulating and balancing chemicals is critically important for protecting the new surface. I called Aqua Clear and they immediately provided recommendations and quotes as options. Their technician, Kenny, arrived the next morning and very quickly installed the new pump and provided instructions to me as he programmed the timer. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Aqua Clear also submitted the application for City of Austin energy rebate fir me. They may not be the least expensive option but I am confident it was my best. Highly recommend.

Our pool tech, Zach, does an excellent job of servicing the pools at two of our properties. I appreciate his predictable, reliable schedule and the thorough job he always does! We’ve had a great experience working with him so far.

Kenny was great. There was a problem getting the pump to hookup to WiFi and they didn’t stop working on it until the issue was fixed. Would recommend!
