What We Do for Your Pool

  • Basket and Bag Emptying: We’ll empty skimmer baskets, pump strainer baskets, and Polaris bags so everything runs smoothly.
  • Surface Cleaning: Skim the water’s surface and remove floating debris for a clean look.
  • Detailed Brushing: Brush walls, floors, and the waterline to prevent algae and grime buildup.
  • Vacuuming: Vacuum with a hose vac or Riptide as needed.
  • Chemical Balancing: Test and adjust chemicals for safe and comfortable water.
  • Filter Maintenance: Backwash filters at least once a month.

Included Chemicals with Flat-Fee Pricing

Our flat fee pricing includes the following chemicals:

  • Chlorine Tablets: For in-ground pools.
  • Salt: For saltwater pools.
  • Liquid Chlorine & Granular Shock (CAL-HYPO): For sanitizing and water clarity.
  • Soda Ash: For pH increase.
  • Muriatic Acid: For pH and alkalinity reduction.
  • Sodium Bicarbonate: For alkalinity increase.
  • Stabilizer (CYA): To protect chlorine from UV rays for longer life.
  • Diatomaceous Earth (DE): For DE filter systems to improve filtration.

What’s Not Included in Flat-Fee Pricing

Some specialty treatments and services are not included in our flat-fee pricing. These are:

  • CYA Reducer
  • Algaecide (e.g., Pool RX, Swimtrine, Algaecide 60)
  • Phosphate Remover
  • Metal Remover
  • Calcium Chloride
  • Enzyme Treatments
  • Beautec or Scaletec
  • Pool Draining or Refilling Services
