How often does my pool need to be serviced?
We typically service customers once a week. With high temps during the summer months and high pollen counts as well as leaf drop from our live oak trees it’s best to have your pool serviced on a weekly basis. This will ensure that any issues can be caught early before they become a bigger problem.
My pool is green what should I do?
Call us! We see this a lot with our temperatures fluctuating and rains in central texas. Once your water balance goes out of whack its only a matter of time before your pool turns green. We will determine why your pool became green and shock and treat until your pool is sparkling clear.
Why is there a white line on my pool tile?
Calcium scale builds up on tile from the hard water in Steiner Ranch. If its a light build up you may be able to brush it off but you will most likely need a tile clean or acid wash.
What do you do when you service my pool?
Test and balance your water chemicals, skim, brush and vacuum. Check filter, pump and any other equipment on your pool.
